You may have known some ways to keep your body healthy. Be it doing some regular exercises, eating healthy foods, sleeping better. There’s a chance that you’re currently doing those things. But, what most people don’t realize is that our brain, just like our body, also need to be treated the right way to keep it sharp and healthy otherwise our brain’s ability will keep going down. 1. Have A Good Night’s Sleep

Another thing you can do to improve your brain capability is by constantly learning new things. One of the best thing to learn is language. Being a bilingual is shown to benefit your brain. It enables you to adapt and switch between mental tasks. It also helps you to improve your cognitive skills not related to language and even shielding you against dementia in old age.

6. Keep Your Brain Active

Technology has made our lives easier. But don’t rely too much on them if you want to keep your brain in a good shape. You should not use calculator just to do some simple math. You also should learn your way around and depend less on the GPS. By doing things the hard way, you are constantly keeping your brain active. It will help you keep your brain sharp.

  1. These things might appear to be “common sense” to most people that read your blog but it really isn’t. Most people don’t read anything and when they do they read things like Facebook and Twitter, they rely on caffeine to stay awake, they don’t eat or exercise (hence high obesity), etc.
